Multiple design sprints in close collaboration with this team to create innovative interfaces for their clients, aimed at positive social impact.

UX audit and product sketches of their nature restoration project pages, with the goal to increase the number of contributions.

Extinction Rebellion

We allocate 10% of our time to volunteer work, currently focusing on the design, implementation, and project management of the new website for XR: the movement dedicated to climate justice.

The team

We’re a small and friendly team based in the Netherlands that consists of skilled, hands-on developers and designers, with lots of strategic experience.

Marieke Schoutsen

UX/UI design and product strategy

Has a background in IT, design and CRO. Filled Lead design, Head of Product and Co-founder roles at several internet scale-ups. She brings creativity and structure to the team: she is passionate about user-centric design, and has a talent for keeping projects realistic, concrete, and on time.

Jasper Hartong

Development and tech strategy

Experienced full stack developer and product manager. Worked as a co-founder of start-ups in mobility and logistics sector, and interim CTO and lead developer at commercial and non-profit organisations. He brings a combination of technical knowledge and eye for design to the team. He spends a few hours per week reading release notes, for fun.

We use our 1319 workweeks to craft the best digital products for conscious clients, to aid the regeneration of our planet and accelerate the transition to a sustainable and fair economy.

Conscious clients

We help good organisations do good things. This means we only work on projects that align with our mission and aim to have a positive impact.

Post-growth mindset

Our studio is small, and will remain small, fostering personal connections and close collaboration. We believe in fewer clients, to ensure focus, quality and a healthy and happy team.

Fair prices

We aim for maximum impact, not maximum profit. This means we offer fair pricing, for all parties involved. We have different rates for different organisations to ensure accessibility to our services.

10% Volunteering

Around 10% of our time is spent on initiatives that we believe will have a great positive impact, but don't have the resources (yet) to hire a product team.
